As a mental health professional, it's likely that your clients are facing increased challenges to their emotional wellbeing from the Covid-19 Pandemic.

Human cultures have deeply ingrained traditions of honoring losses with family, friends, and communities, but in the era of social distancing, the long-established means by which we initiate and move through the grieving process have been changed or made impossible. This professional training discusses normative and complicated grief, trauma, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and clinical tools to facilitate the grieving process and resolve trauma, specifically in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic.
